Biotic Bubbles is a brand of fresh sea-salt water located and made from the salt marshes of Guerande, a medieval town in France.  Biotic Bubbles is also a product that is supposed to rival another French brand of water in Evian, which also originates from France but has other backstories compared to the salty drink.
